Responsibilities

Define the enterprise marketing and communications strategy across all channels to deliver on business priorities and support Marsh’s brand development.

Lead marketing team in supporting various business initiatives and go-to-market strategies to meet goals.

Develop ROI methodology to gauge the impact of marketing campaigns and ensure alignment with business priorities.

Improve content and marketing through digital platforms to support business objectives.

Develop Marsh Brand Strategy and establish brand guidelines to build the Marsh brand and align with MMC brand goals.

Lead the development of branded thought leadership in alignment with the centralized brand strategy.

Develop and cultivate trade advertising strategy to enhance the Marsh brand.

Work closely with business leaders to create global campaigns at a local level and lead the creation of marketing assets to promote global practices.

Support the development of marketing strategy across key cross-Marsh initiatives.

Ensure Marsh purpose is integrated into regional and business-related marketing and communications.

Required

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Psychology or Marketing preferred.

15 years of relevant brand and marketing work experience, preferably in the financial or insurance industry

Demonstrable success in leading B2B companies through similar brand and client experience transformations
