Responsibilities
New Account Acquisition and Growth: Acquire new accounts, manage client relationships, and ensure business growth year over year.
Customer Relationship Management: Own the customer relationship and drive program success.
Strategic Sales: Deploy a strategic sales approach to secure enterprise programs.
Customer Insight: Gain a strategic understanding of customer needs and challenges.
Client Mapping: Continuously learn more about your customers, including their organization structure, current events, capital spending, and projected projects.
CRM Management: Maintain active and ongoing management of Salesforce to provide pipeline visibility, activity reporting, and conversion metrics.
Activity Management: Ensure all client meeting notes, emails, and calls are logged in the system.
Opportunity Management: Keep opportunity details, stages, dates, and notes up to date in real-time.
Projection Management: Regularly update projected revenue amounts for each opportunity and overarching opportunities.
Conference Participation: Attend, prepare for, and engage in selected conferences as determined by leadership.
Customer Communication: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly communication with current and potential clients to build relationships and opportunities.
Event Coordination: Communicate with key contacts regarding upcoming events and projects.
Bidding and Project Design: Provide detailed information to estimating and operations teams to create winning strategies for bids and RFPs. Ensure projects are designed to accurately reflect customer expectations and sold propositions.
Customer Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to customers on realistic expectations.
Organizational Leadership: Act as a change agent and lead without authority across the organization, bringing enthusiasm and a positive outlook.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
At least 5 years of proven success in selling services to national clients.
Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing reports and projections.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Advanced Excel skills are necessary.
