Responsibilities
Set-Up, clean, maintain and troubleshoot molding, cutting, and forming tools used in the manufacture and assembly of WIP and finished goods
Ensure personnel safety in work area by proper use of PPE, ensuring clear work areas, and proper function of tools
Ensure all ancillary and auxiliary equipment is in good working order and is properly integrated into the process
Ensure that proper quality, production, and safety policies and procedures are followed and enforced
Ensure all set-ups can attain Standard Production Rate
Investigate and troubleshoot tooling/equipment/process problems to maximize production efficiency
Establish and maintain effective communications with all production Line Leads and Supervisors

Required
Able to perform work responsibilities safety and ability to follow all safety rules and regulations
High School Diploma or GED is required and 2 years experience using hand tools preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude
