Responsibilities
Managing multiple concurrent information technology projects from initiation through closure.
Developing detailed project schedules decomposed into sequenced critical path activities with predecessors/successors, resources, and duration.
Authoring project management deliverables such as charter, scope, risk/issue logs, project management plan, etc.
Tracking and monitoring team member assigned tasks and progress.
Managing project’s risks and issues by executing mitigation response actions.
Ensuring project is following oversight and defined process and procedures.
Providing verbal and written project status reports to steering committees and leadership.
Performing contract management duties such as writing statement of work and reviewing invoices for accuracy.
Managing project scope, schedule, or budget changes by obtaining approval using change management procedures.
Reviewing team member and contractor resource deliverables to ensure a quality product is produced.
Working in an office environment with hybrid work options available.

Required
Six (6) years of information systems experience managing projects at the advanced level for multiple medium to large-sized projects or systems.
An associate's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field OR completion of a two (2) year accredited vocational training program in information technology or related field AND four (4) years of information systems experience managing projects at the advanced level for multiple medium to large-sized projects or systems.
A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field AND two (2) years of information systems experience managing projects at the advanced level for multiple medium to large-sized projects or systems.
Master's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field may substitute for all of the above.
Preferred
Demonstrated experience organizing and leading multiple concurrent complex information technology (IT) projects that resulted in the implementation of a new system or new system functionality.
Able to elicit information from multiple team members to decompose critical project activities into a work breakdown structure using Microsoft Project or similar project planning tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g., emails, status reports, project documentation), including the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to internal and external partners using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, etc.
PMP certification preferred.
PROSCI or similar change management credential preferred.
Experienced using Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodology.
