Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research to gather and analyze data on current market trends and conditions.

Perform trade area analysis providing strategic insight to senior team members on customer profiles and segmentation, quantify demand potential, forecast retail node viability, anticipate sales cannibalization and transfer among other key client metrics.

Prepare comprehensive market valuation assessments and other analytical reports to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.

Manage and maintain transaction management and lease administration databases, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal use and client engagements.

Utilize Excel skills to conduct detailed data analysis and generate insightful reports.

Conduct entry-level transaction management activities, including lease renewals, terminations, and property dispositions.

Assist in negotiation activities under the mentorship of senior team members, developing foundational negotiation skills.

Ensure all transaction documentation is accurate, complete, and complies with industry standards.

Assist senior team members in the execution and coordination of complex projects.

Provide robust analytical and administrative support on client projects, ensuring seamless project delivery.

Participate actively in project meetings, contributing insights and supporting the development of project strategies.
