Responsibilities
Manage content production tools support
Breakouts and Demo co-management
Digital host program management
Coordinate planning and production details with Session Program Managers (SPMs) and other production vendors
Session speaker management
Session data collection (session titles, speaker names, titles, session description, headshots)
Onsite and digital broadcast support
Support of attendee nomination process and registration management using specialized tools and registration tools
Coordinate awards process for global, geo, theater, and area/country
Content production support as needed
Program logistics for geo functions
Manage auxiliary events for geos
Timeline management - Ensure deadlines are met, or adjusted appropriately based on program progress

Required
Minimum of 5 year’s event planning experience within the high-tech industry
