Responsibilities
Work closely with the CEO / Creative Director and Brand / Community lead to evolve the brand expression digitally + IRL.
Bring brands to life via digital / social platforms and IRL through out-of-home advertising.
Translate a brand into new physical manifestations.
Design for web, social media, packaging, and IRL (end caps, billboards, wheatpaste).
Think about brand design and identity from a 360 perspective.
Brief and manage external partners and agencies with project parameters.
Design strategically to cut through the noise in consumer goods and beauty.
Provide references that don’t come from the internet.

Required
3+ years of experience bringing brands to life via digital / social platforms and IRL through out of home advertising. You understand how to translate a brand into new physical manifestations.
Highly proficient in design tools with previous experience working in web, social media, packaging, and IRL (end caps, billboards, wheatpaste).
You think about brand design and identity from a 360 perspective, understanding how certain choices for a design system will impact the brand in 1, 3, or 5 years down the line.
You are comfortable briefing and managing external partners and agencies with project parameters.
You think strategically to design in a way that cuts through the noise in consumer goods and beauty.
You have references that don’t come from the internet.
