Responsibilities

Plan projects according to the defined scope

Confirm all necessary resources are assigned per the project scope

Leverage regional and local resources and resources from different departments and functions to support projects

Follow all IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting

Lead discovery, planning, and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and IPCM protocols

Facilitate effective and constant communication with all project participants (internal/external)

Keep the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders informed about the status of the project

Manage Project risks

Facilitate and drive decision-making and escalation concerning the projects assigned

Maintain project plan updates

Distribute meeting notes within departmental guidelines

Required

Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations

Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must be reliable and flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects

You have a project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent)

Experience in Project Management Software

Working knowledge of BCD Travel's multi-national structure and capabilities

Good technical skills in GDS

Ability to travel 5-20%, including weekends
