M&A Finance Integration Project Manager

Responsibilities
Finance Integration Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive integration strategy.
Project Management: Lead end-to-end integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth integration processes.
Due Diligence Support: Support the due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support cultural integration.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders and resolve integration-related issues.
Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of integration efforts.

Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in M&A integration, preferably within the industrial distribution and service sector
Proven track record of successfully managing complex integration projects from initiation to completion
Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Change management expertise focusing on driving cultural integration and organizational change
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality when working with sensitive and proprietary information
Preferred
Project management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
MBA preferred
