Responsibilities

Work with senior management to plan and prioritize projects consistent with business requirements.

Mentor, train, lead and develop team members, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for skills development and career advancement.

With technical leads, manage engineering team development schedule. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and fully tested.

Maintain overall resource management plan and assign resources to development teams.

Collaborate with product management to establish product roadmap, provide time and feasibility estimates, and establish applicable product requirements.

Provide staffing, schedule, and estimate responses for new proposals.

Maintain organizational (ISO9001, AS9100, CMMC, RTB) compliance.

Facilitate communications across teams, providing project status and prioritization according to effort and company goals.

Define and communicate project milestones and resource allocation to executive team, and department leads.
