Responsibilities

Manage activities focused on carrying out approved systems design and implement projects to meet users' information requirements.

Support users with documented issues through the TriMark ticketing system.

Analyze organizational needs, design/select systems, and develop/implement an information system for accurate and timely information.

Serve as the primary contact with users to obtain relevant information, develop an awareness of informational requirements, and ensure data availability.

Utilize existing hardware/software and recommend new systems/technology to meet current and future information needs.

Stay abreast of developments in the systems field and communicate effectively with hardware/software vendors.

Maintain all TriMark databases of information to ensure timely and secure access.

Keep the Systems Business Analyst Manager informed of all relevant matters.

Support continual improvement and compliance of QMS and EMS.

Perform job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision, and values for strategic growth.
