Responsibilities

Work with business users and vendors to implement, enhance, integrate, test, and support GIS solutions in Esri ArcGIS environments.
Develop and maintain geospatial datasets, maps, map layers, apps, and dashboards.
Manage ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise organization users, content, and roles.
Create, enhance, and document ArcGIS platform best practices and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solution and testing requirements.
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability.
Utilize Esri platform integrations that use third-party APIs.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or GIS with minimum 7 years of relevant experience
Advanced working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x, ArcGIS Pro 3.x and extensions, ArcGIS Online, GPS technology, ETL tools, model builder and related geospatial software tools
Experience managing ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise organization users, content, and roles
Experience creating, enhancing, and documenting ArcGIS platform best practices and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solution and testing requirements
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Prior railroad experience is a plus
Experience writing Esri platform integrations that use third party APIs is a plus
