Responsibilities
Work on Workday Adaptive Planning projects including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Lead Workday teams and manage senior customer stakeholders.
Translate client requests into Workday configuration requirements for the global delivery team.
Support financial planning and workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive with troubleshooting and hands-on configuration.

Required
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification required
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working on Workday Adaptive Planning
At least 5+ years of Workday experience in delivery and post-production/AMS roles
Experience building and leading Workday teams
Experience managing senior customer stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple tasks while not losing focus on quality
Strong communication, presentation, and analytical mindset with attention to detail and quality
A strong focus on customer satisfaction while effectively managing client expectations
Associate or bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Finance or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience, required
Experience working with global Workday teams across multiple time zones
Proven project experience delivering financial planning solutions covering most phases of the project lifecycle including scoping, requirements gathering, design, development, testing and deployment while using project management methodologies
Proven support experience in supporting financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive with troubleshooting and hands-on configuration
Ability to review / interpret / refine requests from client teams to translate them into Workday configuration requirements for our global delivery team (onshore and offshore)
Preferred
Workday Financials or HCM
Experience in delivering financial planning and/or workforce planning applications in Workday Adaptive will be highly valued
