Responsibilities

Work with clients to create measurable and meaningful goals within the analytics platform.

Onboard new clients to the client reporting platform.

Assist the Client Services team with providing reporting for client presentations.

Answer ad hoc questions from the Client Services and Sales teams.

Proactively monitor and provide analytics reporting on key accounts weekly.

Help train the Client Services team to field basic Google Analytics requests and questions from clients.

Be a trusted support partner for Account Managers, providing dashboard walkthroughs and platform trainings as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
