Responsibilities
Develop and plan scope, schedule, resources, and budget for defined deliverables according to IT project/program management standards.
Lead teams on strategic IT initiatives, projects, and programs, managing scope, schedule, and budget for complex organizational projects.
Maintain relationships with business and IT partners, communicate status and change impacts, and provide coaching/mentorship for IT personnel.
Stay current with industry trends and technology solutions to apply to programs of work as appropriate.

Required
Bachelor's degree in IT/Security or related discipline and at least 8 to 10 years' experience in area of technical specialty; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
PMP certification required
Strong knowledge of business practices and processes in area of specialty
Experience leading and managing IT projects with sub-teams and knowledge of IT program management
Experience leading and managing technical personnel
Strong judgment and excellent analytical ability
Excellent communications skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of IT and business leadership and with vendors
Advanced proficiency in standard software applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, & PowerPoint), and relevant specialized business applications to support business needs
Preferred
Graduate degree in IT, Security, Business or related discipline
Change Management and/or other certifications that may be required by job focus
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to create value with advanced problem solving, financial/analytical, performance management, negotiation, and conflict management skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team. Demonstrated ability to build consensus, establish trust, meet critical deadlines, communicate effectively, and foster culture of change
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement process enhancements and efficiencies supporting technology
Experience managing large-scale programs and projects spanning multiple technical teams
Experience in managing data, analytics or AI based efforts
