Responsibilities
Manage Analytics & Insights team to support Client’s Analytic needs
Collaborate with the Media team on Strategy and assess Client’s Data and Goals of the campaign
Provide pre-campaign support by determining Data Strategy and Visual Design of Reporting or Dashboard needs
Lead dashboard creation using tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, DCM, AdWords, and Social Data
Conduct post-campaign analysis and provide insights for campaign optimization across all media channels
Develop training resources for reporting analysis and educate team members on reporting tools
Research Analytics and Media-related platforms for in-depth POVs and industry insights
Work directly with leadership to create a collaborative working environment
Provide progress updates and insights to Media Directors on projects
Assist in hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating team members
Define and execute expansions of reporting & insights capabilities to support the agency’s analytics roadmap

Required
Bachelor degree in Marketing, preferred Masters
7+ years of experience in the areas of marketing data analysis, marketing campaign strategy & implementation
Solid track record of developing integrated marketing strategies
Proven project management and presentation skills are required
Excellent writing communication skills
Experience using BI Reporting Tools (i.e. Tableau, BIME, Power BI)
Experience using Site analytics (i.e. Omniture, Google Analytics)
Experience using Digital Ad Serving (i.e. DoubleClick, etc.)
Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
