Responsibilities

Manage the roster gathering process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

Collaborate with corporate account teams and legal departments to gather relevant information and requirements.

Document processes related to Mediledger roster management.

Gather and compile historical information on WACs using the Redbook and CMS public website under the guidance of the Head of BI.

Support pricing analyst on implementation tasks related to the pricing system.

Prepare and deliver presentations on findings, lessons learned, and recommendations for optimizing business processes at the end of the project.

Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills.

Be detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
