Responsibilities
Review all drawings and specifications for design inconsistencies and conflicts. Expert knowledge of the contract documents.
Coordinate building systems to ensure proper coordination.
Distribute all construction-related information to appropriate parties.
Expedite, review, and approve shop drawings, submittals, and safety requirements.
Ensure timely release of materials for fabrication and maintain project record drawings.
Implement all terms and conditions of subcontracts and owner contracts.
Assist in change quotations and project close-out procedures.
Maintain status logs and issue meeting minutes.
Lead technical training for project engineering staff and company-level technical training.
Supervise Project Engineer work group on site for quality control and timely delivery.
Participate in company initiatives, training, and industry associations.
Support Project Manager with various duties as requested.

Required
Bachelor’s degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in general contracting in the construction industry
5 years of experience on large commercial building projects
5 years of experience reading architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical plans and specifications
5 years of experience reviewing contract documents, including all drawings and specifications for design inconsistencies and conflicts
5 years of experience working with the project schedule and computerized scheduling systems
5 years of experience utilizing the Project Management System for shop drawing administration
5 years of experience documenting all as-built changes, and maintaining project record drawings and specifications
5 years of experience in Microsoft Excel
5 years of experience in Outlook
5 years of experience with Navisworks Manage
5 years of experience in Auto/CAD Architecture/MEP
5 years of experience in Procore
4 years of experience in Bluebeam
3 years of experience managing procurement and closeout packages
3 years of experience in BIM
2 years of experience managing projects in occupied spaces
2 years of experience working on cleanroom spaces
2 years of experience developing and maintaining client relationships
2 years of experience in Sketchup
2 years of experience in Revit
OSHA 10 Certified
Preferred
