Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support custom pay rule configurations, reports, and queries for time & attendance systems and Workday HCM technology.

Conduct analysis, prepare business requirements specifications, and implement modifications to the HRIS system.

Provide support for HRIS, research and resolve problems, and recommend solutions to meet requirements.

Deliver professional and timely responses to inquiries, distribute training materials, and proactively solve customer issues.

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor's degree computer science, information technology, human resource management, or other related field

3 years or more in in HRIS systems, preferably in Workday HCM system and Infor/WFM. Experience with systems implementation and project management techniques is a plus

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook Advanced

Cognos reporting/Apache Groovy programing Advanced

Workday HCM and Infor/WFM systems Intermediate

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills

Inform, explain, and provide clear instructions

Work independently and as a member of a team

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, even under pressure
