Responsibilities
Manage and grow key accounts within the mobile fluid power and OEM sectors in Ohio.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration in the assigned territory.

Required
Proven experience in sales, specifically within mobile fluid power and OEM markets.
Strong understanding of fluid power products and their applications.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to meet with key accounts and prospects.
