Marketing Brand Manager

Responsibilities
Manage the brand’s digital media channels including website, Instagram, Facebook, and Linkedin
Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, etc) to increase brand awareness and engagement
Write, edit, and publish email newsletters
Lead strategic marketing partnerships including social media giveaways, brand collaborations, and more
Coordinate and manage influencer partnerships
Assist with the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Collaborate with the sales team to develop channel and account-specific promotional strategies and materials that align with brand messaging and drive sales
Serve as the brand ambassador at events, customer demos, trade shows, virtual events and more
Manage brand’s PR efforts and key PR relationships
Maintain marketing database and brand materials
Track and report on defined marketing analytics quarterly
Other duties as defined by the Manager

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a business-related field, or equivalent work experience
3+ years of marketing/brand experience (CPG space is a plus!)
Creative problem solver who is an expert at rolling up your sleeves and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, a natural collaborator and relationship builder
Natural self-starter, comfortable taking the lead with limited resources while still achieving strong results
Passion for brand building and storytelling
Passion for premium canned wine!
Excellent time manager
Loves a flexible schedule and jazzed to work nights & weekends, on occasion
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable source of transportation and insurance
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
