Responsibilities
Performs general clerical duties including filing, mailing, faxing, photocopying, and typing
Prepares or issues checks and reconciles monthly petty cash
Assists with timekeeping, payroll, and data entry of employees' hours
Records personnel information and proofreads documents for accuracy
May schedule appointments, update calendars, and assist with onsite employee activities
Orders office supplies and coordinates with janitorial services

Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of administrative experience
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to multi-task and work with multiple groups
Ability to accurately type 50+ WPM
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, human resources or related field
Construction industry experience
