Responsibilities

Developing fresh game mechanics and ability sets that effectively serve player needs, then bring them to life in-game

Preparing comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, guidelines, and technical requirements for ability kits that drive clarity across different teams

Rapidly iterate on prototypes of your designs based on feedback from internal and external playtesting, and help create tools and standards to improve that process

Provide ongoing oversight of designs throughout the development cycle, ensuring they’re meeting goals from inception through live updates
