Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry
Proven track record of defining and launching successful cloud-based platforms
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, regulations, and quality standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on influencing and driving consensus across cross-functional teams
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, and AI applications in pharmaceutical manufacturing
