Responsibilities
Lead and manage the treasury business architecture and related processes.
Document value streams and review/create process models.
Collaborate with IT teams on the integration and transformation of financial systems.
Develop and manage business architecture content for the treasury domain.

Required
Extensive business architecture experience specifically in the treasury domain within sophisticated banking environments.
In-depth knowledge of asset liability management, Funds Transfer Pricing, and Hedging.
Experience starting on the business side, evolving from a process modeler to a business architect.
Strong capability in creating and managing capability models and value stream models.
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business implications.
Executive presence with the ability to engage in high-level dialogue.
Autonomous and flexible, able to thrive in less structured environments.
Preferred
Calypso experience is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with information systems is a bonus, as the role involves setting up data and system changes.
