Responsibilities
Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field.
Perform security assessments, identify gaps in existing security architecture, and recommend changes or improvements.
Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats.
Create solutions aligning enterprise security architecture frameworks and standards with overall business and security strategy.
Participate in risk assessments for new technologies and projects.
Implement secure configuration management processes.
Assist in developing a disaster recovery and business continuity plan.
Identify and prioritize system functions to promote continuity and availability of critical business processes.
Document policy, security requirements, and controls for protecting information, systems, and technology assets.
Define and document the impact of new technology implementation on the security posture of the current environment.
Provide input on security requirements for RFPs, SOWs, and other procurement documents.
Communicate current and emerging security threats to project team members.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Security Architecture.
Minimum 12 years overall experience in Information Technology.
CISSP, CISA, CISM, or other relevant security designations required.
