Responsibilities
Review Acquisition policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current regulatory requirements.
Generate reports from government-wide databases like CPARS, FPDS-NG, SAM, etc.
Assist in the research, development, and upkeep of local Client regulations and Federal regulatory guidance.
Interpret acquisition policies and procedures, offering advice to address issues within the acquisition realm.
Serve as a point of contact for the Acquisitions and Policy staff to address queries and audits.
Participate in training Acquisitions Staff and stakeholders on acquisition regulations and processes.
Work independently on certain actions and present findings to executive personnel.

Required
At least five (5) years of full-spectrum federal contract experience within the last seven (7) years
Bachelor's Degree minimum, Masters is preferred
Demonstrated experience with acquisition policy review and development
Senior FAC-C or DAWIA Level 3 certification is required.
Strong familiarity with the FAR, contracting procedures, and procurement processes
Proficiency in using software tools for document creation, collaboration, and formatting, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
Must have knowledge of contract support that includes: Market Research/Pre-solicitation activities, Solicitation Phase activities, Post Award Contract Administration Phase activities, Closeout Phase activities
Must be a US Citizen
Must be able to obtain or retain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred
Experience supporting an acquisition office in the Contract and Procurement Series, 1102
The investigation will involve a credit, fingerprint, and law enforcement agency check
