Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of games and tools as part of Ghost Lab.

The primary responsibility involves the further development of the StudyCrafter platform (https://studycrafter.com).

The candidate is expected to work together with PhD students, postdocs, and other personnel that are part of Ghost Lab.

Required

Candidates must have at least 3+ years of industry experience in software engineering and development, specifically in games and extended reality (XR).

Candidates must have deep knowledge and experience with the Unity game engine and database and web development.

Languages used: C#, javascript, python, php, mysql.

Preferred

Experience with data/game analytics, data visualization (d3), APIs, WordPress, and building game engines is preferred.

Experience with mentoring junior developers/students.

For candidates that have at least a master’s degree opportunities exist to teach courses.
