Responsibilities
Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix, product focus, and target market to ensure a healthy pipeline for growth within the assigned territory.
Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs.
Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve, and report on the impact of programs.
Proactively engage with sales and product marketing teams to optimize marketing activities.
Drive stakeholder management and adapt marketing plans for marketplace changes.
Communicate campaign follow-up with sales teams and leaders while monitoring progress closely.

Required
Degree level education with 5-10 years marketing experience in B2B industry
Experience developing and executing successful plans to drive pipeline and revenue
Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com), marketing automation (Eloqua/Marketo), analytics and business insight tools (Tableau)
Strong communication and influential skills and ability to work with sales leadership
Self-starter who is committed to the job and seeks empowerment and accountability
Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, events and projects
Capability to digitally target and evolve sales process using new technologies
Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market dynamics
Possess a passion for direct mail strategy and evolution
Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and sales opportunity acceleration
Ability to never lose sight of the big picture while executing and measuring ongoing programs for optimization
Commitment to professionalism and collegiality is required
Strong desire to interpret data, create insights, and translate it into applicable campaigns
