Responsibilities
Performing helpdesk services including reading/responding to emails, updating electronic records, answering phone calls, reviewing reports, and triaging basic issues.
Utilizing web-based applications like ServiceNow, Outlook, Windows, MS Office Suite, Active Directory, and SQL to update electronic records.
Providing Tier I Helpdesk Support to manage customer requests by verifying and updating electronic records, checking reports for accuracy, and responding to customers.
Offering Administrative Support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, capturing minutes, scanning documents, tracking action items, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Required
Two years of overall experience.
Two (2) years of Helpdesk experience providing support for software applications.
Proficient in managing tickets using ServiceNow, Active Directory, SQL, Access, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
At least 2 years of administrative experience.
Detail-oriented.
Able to work independently to support project goals.
Associates Degree in computer-related majors preferred.
Acquire a badge to access Government facilities, computer systems, and information for this contract.

Completion of Privacy, Cybersecurity, and other required training as specified by customer regulations.
