Responsibilities
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and long-term strategy aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis for domain and product innovation.
Define and prioritize product objectives and key results (OKRs) for business growth.
Directly lead and mentor the product team, optimizing agile methodologies and practices.
Foster a collaborative environment for idea sharing and continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, gathering and prioritizing product requirements.
Manage the product roadmap, oversee the entire product lifecycle, and apply design thinking methodologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally to validate new feature work and create MVPs/prototypes.
Leverage P&C insurance expertise to drive innovation and guide technology and business transformations.

Required
Bachelor’s Degree required.
3 years Product Management or related work experience required.
3 years of Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience required.
Experience with Agile development methodologies
