Responsibilities
Manage and oversee plumbing projects for various clients, including general contractors, construction managers, developers, and owners.
Ensure project success by effectively coordinating resources, schedules, and activities to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining open communication and addressing concerns or issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and other project-related paperwork.
Proactively identify potential risks or obstacles and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and achieve project goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to plumbing and construction management.

Required
5+ years of experience in the plumbing industry, preferably in a project management role.
Experience working with general contractors or construction managers is essential.
Strong knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems and construction processes.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box and drive innovation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
