Responsibilities
Provide administration support to the team by scheduling meetings, drafting minutes of the meeting, updating JDS, and providing logistical aid during trainings.
Prepare travel and security plans.
Prepare documentation applicable to the programmed activities.
Support in the expense settlements.
Prepare tasks for programmed activities such as communications, coordination, agenda setting, follow-ups, and participation in meetings.
Contact, coordinate, and contract services with suppliers.
Support with product development if feasible.
Flexibility of schedule as some activities are carried out outside Guatemala's working hours.
Provide support to the AFREU regional support team in building out and reviewing strategy, operations, and business processes.
Provide administrative, logistical, and training preparation support to the Center to End OSEC ILED team on law enforcement capacity building and partnership engagements and events.
Provide administrative, logistical, meeting, and event support to the Center's prosecution & aftercare team, survivor consultants, and the Center's Executive team for partner engagements and events.
Support field office leadership in the design, monitoring, and evaluation of projects.
Support regional programs team with reporting, data entry/analysis, writing, general project support, plus an element of admin/logistics.
Support Regional Grants and Resources team with reporting, analysis, research, and management as required.
Support Regional HRBP track deliverables across the region, research training and resources, and general support for employee lifecycle including recruitment branding.
Support IJM's efforts to launch programming in Dhaka to address the commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
Experience and learn from several elements of non-profit program operations including project management, communications, strategic research, grant management, and event organizing.

Bachelor's degree
Organizational and administrative skills
Attention to detail
Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred
Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices
Project Management qualification (PMP®, Prince2® or similar certification) or graduate level qualification
Three+ years of project management experience, ideally in culturally diverse settings and on complex projects
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mature orthodox Christian faith
