Responsibilities
Develop new ServiceNow catalog items with workflows.
Work on enhancements in incident, service catalog, and change management of ServiceNow ITSM modules.
Answer constant demands to add service request functionality on Customer Support portal.
Facilitate the client business team to create and track various types of Requests/Tickets.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
3-5 years of work experience in ServiceNow development and flow designer
Create/Modify ServiceNow UI Policies & Actions and ServiceNow rules
Design ServiceNow forms
Proficient in JavaScript
Preferred
ServiceNow CSA certification is desirable but not required
