Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to four IT leaders.
Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
Assist in task management, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.
Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Handle office equipment, including printers and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, ensuring smooth operation.
Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Facilitate communication between team members and external contacts.
Assist in planning and coordinating department events and meetings.
Maintain a professional work environment and uphold the company’s standards of conduct.
Work on-site five days a week to provide direct support and ensure smooth office operations.

Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong task management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
Experience with office equipment, including printers and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Professional demeanor with the ability to work in a corporate environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Availability to work on-site five days a week.
Preferred
Experience in an IT or technology-related environment.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Knowledge of project management tools and software.
