Responsibilities
Design and implement a highly available and modular framework to deliver full stack features in a reusable way using an advanced scalable platform.
Work with a team to develop software solutions based on product and business requirements.
Assist in deriving software product requirements and analyze for completeness and feasibility.
Design, prototype, develop, document, and unit test solutions on a project-by-project basis.
Communicate solutions thoroughly through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Aid in identifying problem areas and refactoring solutions for scalability and to reduce technical debt.
Assist the delivery team with any issues/challenges related to design, code, and usability.
Collaborate with a distributed delivery team to share best practices.
Follow best practice software development lifecycle and methodologies.
Write testable, scalable, and efficient code and lead code reviews.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required
Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or High School diploma and equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience designing and developing software solutions using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, SQL Server programming, XML, XSLT
2+ years' experience implementing insurance management applications using technologies and platforms such as Duck Creek Billing Management
2+ years' insurance management applications using technologies and platforms such as Duck Creek Claims management
Preferred
Duck Creek Certification
2+ years' experience with AngularJS, microservices, relational and non-relational DBs, Azure/AWS cloud environments
2+ years' experience with cloud SaaS deployment, and cloud-based DevOps in an Azure/AWS cloud environments
