Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and execution of the platform’s roadmap, leveraging AI to enhance product-led growth and course distribution capabilities.
Adopt a metrics-driven approach to drive product and business decisions through experimentation and new product offerings.
Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption, expand product reach, improve customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
Build, coach, and develop a world-class team of product talent while upholding values of diversity and inclusion.
Engage effectively with every user group and create strong feedback cycles in the product development process.
Foster a strong product management culture through processes and best practices, delivering exceptional products on time.

Required
7+ years of experience as a product manager, including at least 3 years managing and hiring teams.
A strong background in B2B product-led growth, ideally with a creator tool component.
Experience in internal platform product management, including deep knowledge of back-office areas like orchestration, account management, and subscription management.
Experience in external platform product management, including expertise in the technical, operational, and strategic aspects of partnership dynamics.
A data and metrics-driven mindset, with a clear understanding of what success looks like, how to measure it, and how to foster an outcome-driven organization.
A proven ability to drive adoption and expansion while striving for a simple, beautiful, and elegant user experience that feels like magic to the customer.
Experience in leading zero to one initiatives within a larger organization.
Preferred
Experience in Gen AI product development.
Experience in leading internationalization efforts for a mature product.
Expertise or previous experience in Learning & Development, HR Tech, or the Creator space.
