Pull data from Snowflake, SQL, and Alteryx for analysis.
Analyze data within CRM systems like Salesforce or Epic Cheers.
Gather requirements and support scaling of consumer programs.
Recommend continuous improvements based on data analysis.
Understand operations and identify data needs within the organization.

Required
At least 3-5 years of experience in data analysis and business analysis
Experience working with SQL, Alteryx, and Salesforce
Experience with Salesforce, but if they have experience with Epic Cheers, that is preferred
Familiar with chatbots and Snowflake
Great communication skills
Must be in Eastern Standard Time Zone
