Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce DevOps strategy and roadmap
Own the production pipeline for promoting code from lower environments to production while staying SOX compliant
Manage the end-to-end continuous integration and deployment process for Salesforce applications
Oversee release management process, environment management, release planning, and deployment scheduling
Administer Salesforce sandboxes, including creation, configuration, refreshes, and data management
Ensure security and compliance of Salesforce applications
Foster cross-departmental collaboration and communication
Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates and implement new tools and technologies
Create and maintain documentation of DevOps processes and provide training and support
Monitor performance of Salesforce applications and implement optimization strategies
Work as part of the Engineering team on-call shift rotation to troubleshoot issues

Required
5+ years of working in cloud-based infrastructure and Salesforce Release Management
Strong experience in working with a Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) compliant ecosystem
Experience with implementing systems like Copado and Strongpoint
Ability to read and interpret and Apex, SQL/SOQL/SAQL code
Solutioning experience across Sales and Service Cloud
Ability to design for processes that are efficient and solutions that are scalable
Results oriented, highly organized who can handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced agile environment
Languages: Apex
Database Technologies: SQL, SOQL
SF Deployment: SFDX, Change sets, SF Metadata API, Copado
Version control tools: Git, Bitbucket
Ability to learn fast and be adaptable to environments and change
Must be good at verbal communication and diplomacy
Must be capable of self-managing. Prioritization and time management are an absolute must
Preferred
Computer science or another engineering background
Salesforce Certifications
Copado Fundamentals I and II Certifications
Experience with CI tools such as CircleCi, Jenkins, Travis, Drone, Semaphore, CodeFresh, Copado, etc.
Experience with monitoring and observability with tools like Prometheus, CloudWatch, DataDog, and Grafana
Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD
Experience in any programming language (Python, Java)
Test automation
