Responsibilities
Implement and validate economic models.
Create business analytics reports.
Test and validate production codes and runs.
Utilize tools such as R Library, Python, and Fannie Mae tools suite.
Collaborate in an Agile environment with engineers, scientists, consultants, and database administrators to bring analytical rigor to operations.
Write programs to cleanse and integrate data efficiently, evaluate modeling results.
Understand and define business needs, providing analytical solutions.
Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required
Proficient at least one of the statistical programming language such as R, Python, Java, experience with Selenium is a plus.
Great problem-solving skills, by taking a different approach to, debugging, troubleshooting, and designing & implementing solutions to complex technical issues.
Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms)
Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth, and some experience with programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python.
Preferred
Proficient in Python/R. Java is a plus. Have basic knowledge on fix income and finances.
Basic understanding of Cloud and front end is a plus (AWS, Sagemaker, MongoDB, Django, etc)
has relevant work experience with a proven track record. Bachelor’s degree is good, but masters & PhD in computer science/ Finances/Economics/Engineering/mathematics/physics/statistics or related field is preferred.
