Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end banking solutions, leveraging expertise in technology and banking domain knowledge, with a focus on AI and Conversational AI (Chatbot) applications.
Serve as a subject matter expert on banking operations, regulations, and technology platforms, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, emphasizing AI-driven solutions and Chatbot capabilities.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities, integrating AI and Chatbot solutions seamlessly into banking workflows.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications and functional designs, incorporating AI and Chatbot functionalities.
Solution the end-to-end banking application integrating with various core banking systems, AI, and BOT applications, guiding and supporting implementation teams for timely and quality deliverables.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the team, applying industry trends and best practices in AI and BOT technologies to optimize banking operations and customer experiences.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate team members and clients on solution capabilities, including Banking, AI, and Chatbot development methodologies and best practices.
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development, showcasing the value proposition of AI-driven banking solutions and chatbot functionalities.

Required
Banking domain and banking products experience
Experienced PGM
Certifications related to Banking domain
Additional credentials in AI and chatbot development
Expertise in technology and banking domain knowledge
Subject matter expert on banking operations, regulations, and technology platforms
Experience in AI-driven solutions and Chatbot capabilities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs
Experience in integrating AI and Chatbot solutions into workflows
Experience in solutioning end-to-end banking applications
Knowledge of core banking systems, AI, and BOT applications
Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in AI and BOT technologies
Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
Participation in pre-sales activities
