Responsibilities
Operate critical blockchain infrastructure including APIs, Validators, and Relayers.
Implement and maintain monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK stack.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github Actions and ArgoCD.
Collaborate with the team to contribute to the engineering efforts and strengthen relationships across the blockchain community.
Participate in rotating on-call duties and handle alerts efficiently.

Required
Previous experience in areas as Site Reliability Engineering, System Engineering and/or DevOps
Experience with Kubernetes cluster administration and application deployment on Kubernetes
Familiarity with infrastructure provisioning and configurations tools like Terraform and Ansible
Experience with deployment and administration of Monitoring and Logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Loki and/or ELK stack
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in one of the popular CI/CD. We use Github Actions and ArgoCD at Philabs.
Experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, AZURE)
Clear communicator who enjoys solving real-world problems, who can express complex ideas and envisage solutions
Thrives in a distributed environment, with the ability to strengthen and build relationships across the blockchain community
Independent yet collaborative leader who continuously loves to share knowledge but also loves to keep on learning themselves
Comfortable with rotating on-call duty and handling alerts
Preferred
Previous experience operating blockchain nodes is preferred
Familiarity with one or more of the following programming languages is preferred but not required: Go, python
Relentlessly curious about the emerging technology of the web3 ecosystem
