Responsibilities
Build maintain and own multiple level relationships with all assigned health plan accounts
Provide excellent customer service to clients on all established deliverables and ad hoc requests
Lead client meetings as the primary liaison to the client and engage appropriate departments for support
Coordinate presentation development with internal subject matter experts and the Marketing department
Meet in-person with clients throughout the year to deliver program updates and ensure understanding of shifting market dynamics
Coordinate with internal departments to create plans to increase quality scores (e.g. HEDIS, Stars) or adjust program costs
Run internal meetings regarding accounts and coordinate deliverable completion
Review client contractual agreements and assess compliance with terms and delegated functions
Review monthly program financials and report areas of interest to the management team
Manage amendments and/or addendums to existing contractual agreements
Work closely with the Implementation department to ensure accurate execution of new business implementation and benefit changes
Provide regular interface with clients to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Provide regular reports to the Strategic Client Partner that accurately track account activity
Identify and communicate meaningful insights from key accounts and market changes
Provide annual strategic plan for each client while providing continuous strategic assessment and adjustments to plan
Develop and execute cross-selling initiatives to existing accounts
Assume additional responsibilities, including special projects as needed or directed

Required
High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Five years' experience working in a healthcare related Account Executive or Account Management capacity required.
Two years of experience presenting data verbally and in writing to senior level staff relaying accurate data with the ability influence required.
Dental/Vision government and/or commercial account management preferred
Proven intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Suite required (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to think creatively using critical thinking methodology to solve problems.
Results-oriented individual with demonstrated experience balancing multiple tasks and priorities
Ability to travel (15%)
