Responsibilities
Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, noSQL, and SQL technologies.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.

Required
Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards, including Genesys Cloud CX.
Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
Experience with big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
Preferred
Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
