Responsibilities
Lead UX Design Projects: Take ownership of the end-to-end UX design process, from initial concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Design for E-commerce Platforms: Apply your expertise in e-commerce to create user-friendly and conversion-optimized experiences for our online store, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping journey.
Mobile App Design: Develop intuitive and engaging mobile app interfaces that align with our brand and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
Browser Experience: Design and optimize user experiences for web browsers, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and accessibility.
Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital products.
User Research: Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide design solutions, and iterate based on feedback.

Required
Must reside within the Greater Seattle area
Must be onsite at the client's office 3-4 days per week.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on e-commerce, mobile apps, and web browser experiences.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design skills, with examples of e-commerce projects, mobile app designs, and web browser interfaces.
Design Systems: Proven experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and others.
User-Centered Design: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Research Skills: Experience with user research techniques, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
Agile: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
