Responsibilities

Develop training materials.

Have strong ID capabilities.

Work with Google PMs as their main points of contact.

Work closely with Googlers as integral members of the team.

Create the templates for ILTs (Instructor Led Training), Instructor Guide, and e-learning.

Good communication and presentation skills

Experience with learning management tools including Evolve, Articulate, and Storyline

Experience with internal/external training content for sales or support or equivalent experience

Create content outline and/or micro design documents in Google slides, Google forms, and Google Docs

Build knowledge checks and exams
