Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with Snowflake internal resources, external partners, and client account teams to qualify deals, identify business value, and provide technical guidance.

Understanding of the Cloud application/computing space with familiarity in data warehouse or analytic technologies
Experience with a solution-based approach to selling, managing a complex sales process, and possessing excellent presentation and listening skills
Superb organization and contact management capabilities
Driven to achieve mission and ability to bring the team together to achieve results
10+ years field sales experience with consistent success meeting or exceeding sales objectives selling technical solutions and software products into the enterprise market
Experience selling within the Media & AdTech space
Demonstrable experience executing enterprise complex sales strategies and tactics within Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and/or AI/ML
Ability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
Experience hitting multi-million $ revenue targets on an annual basis
Follow the company’s confidentiality and security standards for handling sensitive data

Preferred

Familiarity with competitive and complementary technologies and vendors in the industry
Experience in prospecting, developing, and closing business within a timely manner while focusing on clients’ requirements
Ability to act with autonomy, take accountability, and be open to new perspectives and ideas
Deep curiosity to learn and innovate to meet and exceed customer needs
Experience working with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance
Experience in aligning Snowflake’s value to customers’ business and technical problems
Experience delivering standard, customized, and/or strategic solution demonstrations, whiteboarding, presentations, and best practices showcasing functional capabilities, competitive advantages, and business
Experience in prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
Experience in landing, adopting, expanding, and deepening sales opportunities with accounts in the region
Experience achieving sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan
