Responsibilities
Perform research, analysis, and evaluation on utility cost and consumption.
Assist in monitoring, reading, analyzing, and administering utility meters.
Analyze, prepare, and maintain reports on energy conservation activities.
Coordinate concession billings for tenants and input data for electricity rebilling.
Review, track, analyze, and process utility bills for payment.
Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally.
Adhere to rules, regulations, and policies of the Authority.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in management, finance, economics, public administration, business, finance, energy or environmental studies or related field
Two (2) years of demonstrated experience in the data analytics and financial management systems
The ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Database applications
Effectively communicate with outside contractors, others on technical and sensitive matters
Have strong quantitative and technical skills
Have excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills
Preferred
Experience and knowledge of energy programs, public sector budget and financial issues
Experience with an Enterprise Energy Management System
