Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Marketo.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Manage and maintain the Marketo database to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation forms.
Track and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs.
Assist in planning and executing marketing events and promotions.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with Marketo.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
