Responsibilities
Help define and execute on the data strategy and vision.
Develop, document, and provide input into the technology roadmap.
Create reference architectures that demonstrate an understanding of significant components and the relationships between them.
Implement best practices, standards, and guidance and provide coaching of technology team members.
Make recommendations to leadership regarding strategic architectural considerations related to data design and process.
Provide thought-leadership, advocacy, assurance, and maintenance of the enterprise architecture discipline.

Required
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar technical field.
7+ years of experience with the following:
Must have experience with Couchbase Server 7.x such as: Query & Index Analysis, Eventing, Full Text Search.
NoSQL Data modelling.
Query Tuning / SQL++.
Monitoring & Observability (Prometheus & Grafana).
SDKs such as: Java, .Net.
